Admission Procedure
Admission application will be received by Independent APEIs Secretariat at the start of academic session.
A student has to obtain minimum 50% marks in aggregate to be eligible for admission in any class. No test will be taken from students migrating from Army Public Schools/Colleges.
a. Documents required for Army Personnel (Serving / Retd.)
1. 2 recent passport size photographs.
2. Photocopy of computerized Birth Certificate or extract from CORO Part II order should be attached with admission forms for Play Group and K.G only.
3. Cert of “Born on Unit Strength” by serving personnel.
4. Photocopy of Pension book duly verified with original copy for retired Army Personnel.
b. Documents required for Civilians Personnel only:
1. 2 recent passport size photographs for Class Play Group and K.G.
2. Photocopy of computerized Birth Certificate OR Form B duly verified with original copy issued by NADRA duly attested.
c. Admission dues once deposited are not refundable.
d. The security will be refundable within 3 months, after issuing of School Leaving Certificate. The amount will be surrendered after 3 months.
Note:
Admission will be purely on merit as per available vacancies, based on the candidate’s performance in test and interview (for all classes).
Admission will stand void if any wrong information is provided/found filled in the admission form (even after paying admission fee).
Those finally selected for admission will be required to join the institute as per instructions of the Principal.
Except in special circumstances (transfer cases of army personnel), no student will be admitted in any class after commencement of the academic year.
Compassionate cases will be adjusted during the session with the permission of MD.
